As one of the first major office tenants to invest in Deep Ellum’s resurgence as a workplace destination, TRG selected The Stack for a new home that matched the energy and creativity of both the agency and its neighborhood. Pacific Builders partnered with Corgan and JLL to deliver the modern industrial workplace, where black metal, polished concrete, reclaimed wood, and glass create a distinctive backdrop for collaboration and creative work. Beyond the traditional office environment, the space includes a large-scale, fully operational production studio designed to support professional audio and video recording—bringing an important part of the agency’s creative process under one roof. Extensive coordination among the project team ensured the highly detailed design and specialized production spaces performed as intended. The result is a dynamic workplace that reflects TRG’s creative culture while reinforcing its place within the continued evolution of Deep Ellum.

With new leadership and a growing national presence, the Big 12 Conference recognized an opportunity to create a headquarters that better reflected the prestige, energy, and identity of the conference. Leaving behind a more traditional office environment, the Big 12 relocated to the iconic Towers at Williams Square in Las Colinas, overlooking the Mustangs of Las Colinas. Pacific Builders partnered with Cushman & Wakefield and Gensler to bring the new 14,000 SF headquarters to life, blending modern sophistication with collegiate pride. Collaborative, team-focused workspaces are complemented by memorable design elements, including a mirrored ceiling entry feature and thoughtful nods to the conference’s member schools and time zones. The result is a dynamic headquarters that celebrates the Big 12 brand while providing a workplace designed for its continued growth and evolution.
