Pacific Builders partnered with Gensler and JLL to bring Reed Smith's first Dallas office to life on 2.5 floors of the brand-new Harwood No. 10 in Uptown Dallas.
Gensler designed a sophisticated space with unique and luxurious finishes befitting a global law firm that will both distinguish the Dallas space and fit in with Reed Smith's portfolio of offices around the world. Pacific began the project while the building was still under construction and collaborated extensively with vendors to find solutions to ensure that the space was delivered on-time and within a strict schedule.
Specialty finishes include custom Armstrong wood ceilings, Eurospan fabric panels, Transwall office fronts, Skyfold and Nanawall products, and a show-stopping custom reception desk with a live wooden edge detail.
