Pacific Builders and HKS partnered with Vidaurri Management Group to build a once-in-a-lifetime project for Simpli.Fi at the historic stock yards in Fort Worth.
Simpli.Fi's office is a fresh, modern workplace situated within the newly renovated Mule Barns, buildings that date back to 1909. HKS used the bones of the structure, like the original hay lofts and fortified brick columns, as a starting point and architectural inspiration for the office. High ceilings and windows flood the space with natural light, and the layout flows from common amenities to open workspaces, conference rooms, and recreation areas.
The entire team approached this project with the utmost dedication to maintaining the historical integrity of the space and bringing a new life to the district that also highlights the past.
