Gensler
Gensler chose the historic Meadows Building, constructed in 1955, as the location for their new Dallas headquarters.
Pacific joined the team early in the budgeting phase, providing pricing and material procurement feedback, while Gensler perfected the design of their new office. Pacific surgically demolished the existing space, as the new design highlights exposed original structure and slab elements of the 70-year-old building.
The finished office also features two architectural staircases, a Scandinavian moss wall, and numerous custom wall and ceiling finishes with unique applications. Pacific and Gensler worked closely as a team on a daily basis to bring the space to life precisely and beautifully.
