WageWorks
WageWorks is a leading on-demand provider of Consumer-Directed Benefits (CDBs) in the United States and needed a bigger space for its Dallas office.
WageWorks was introduced to Pacific Builders following a referral from JLL and completed a competitive bid process. Eventually, Pacific Builders was awarded the opportunity to build out the first two floors of a three-floor building within a tight timeframe. The mechanical scope included a complete system ready for overhead inspections by week five. The first-floor device layout involved creating a lateral trench to rough conduits – a complex, time-sensitive process that couldn’t start until furniture vendor selection and final layout decisions were made.
The second phase included the build-out of the third floor and, once complete, relocating personnel there so that modifications could be made to the first two floors. Pacific Builders had to vacate space and build temporary enclosures so that there was no interruption to normal working hours.
