Project Profile

Bank of the Ozarks

Bank of the Ozarks, now called Bank OZK, was founded in 1903 as a small community bank in Jasper, Arkansas and now has more than 250 offices in 10 states, including Texas.

Sq Ft: 29,000
Architect: Corgan
City: Dallas
When Bank OZK made the decision to consolidate some of the Dallas offices, they selected a new office at 8300 Douglas near Preston Center. Commercial real estate company CBRE referred Pacific Builders for the job and, following a formal bid process, the organization chose Corgan and Pacific Builders to design and construct the interiors. The stunning new office space includes a show-stopping marble feature wall in the main lobby and sleek modular glass wall systems.
Pacific Builders coordinated detail-oriented installs for the DIRTT modular systems, which allow Bank OZK to grow and respond to business changes and needs. The project entailed several design changes throughout the process but Pacific Builders still completed the project on schedule.
