Dallas-based oil & gas firm Pony Oil partnered with Cushman & Wakefield, Corgan, and Pacific Builders to build their new expanded office space near Knox Henderson.
Corgan designed an elegant space that gives employees flexible options for both collaborative and independent work. Custom finishes, including built-in gallery wall paneling, felt ceilings by Turf Design, and cognac banquette seating, add texture and dimension to the space.
Wood and brass accents, including a specialty wood-slat ceiling by Armstrong, serve as a warm counterpart to the classic black-and-white color scheme. Even with a tricky material delivery schedule, this project was smooth and successful for all partners.
