California-based Tax, Audit, and Consulting firm, Moss Adams, chose Pacific Builders to construct their office space at the newly completed FOURTEEN555 development in Addison, Texas.
Effective collaboration was an overarching theme of this project, from design and construction execution to the concept for the space. Moss Adams brought two different Dallas teams together into one consolidated office, so the space places emphasis on creating a variety of central collaboration areas to encourage social and work-centered interactions.
Black metal and polished concrete finishes are punctuated with warm reclaimed wood elements and glass office fronts to achieve an elevated modern industrial feeling in the space. Pacific collaborated extensively with NBBJ, whose team was based in Seattle, and the Dallas-based team at Potter Architects to ensure that every detail was executed as intended to bring the client’s vision to life.
