CoreLogic is a leading global property information, analytics and data-enabled solutions provider that needed to relocate their Dallas office to a bigger, more central location.
The company selected a new four-story tilt-up steel building of the Cypress Waters development in Coppell, Texas. It was a large undertaking with CoreLogic as the sole tenant of the building, but the project stayed on track and showcases innovative design trends for an office environment.
The completed office features a 7,000 square-foot flexible space conference room featuring wall talker writing surfaces. Additionally, the space offers executive offices, lounges, training rooms, coffee bars and 2,600 workstations. The project recently earned LEED CI Gold certification.
