Pacific Builders partnered with BOKA Powell and JLL to bring new life to Lake Vista 7’s lobby and amenity areas.
This sleek and functional design included the addition of a few fitness spaces and shared locker rooms, a cafe lounge, dining areas, team breakout spaces, along with new outdoor recreation areas and landscaping.
The modern remodel has reinvigorated the building while offering new and inviting spaces to enhance the work-life balance for its tenants.
