Pacific Builders partnered with Perkins & Will to bring a confidential consulting firm’s downtown Dallas office to life at One Victory Park.
To suit an international consulting firm of substantial size and reputation, Perkins & Will’s sophisticated design featured unique finishes that will both distinguish the Dallas space and complement the company’s portfolio of North American offices. The project faced challenges around raised access flooring, custom architectural millwork, unique HVAC system design along with challenging lead times.
Pacific Builders was able to overcome these obstacles by carefully planning a custom lattice wood ceiling, evaluating elliptical math and working through dimensional challenges with a remote design team. The final design features show-stopping elements such as radius latticed wood ceiling, rattan webbing arches within millwork, along with a unique floor device layout in access flooring. The client was thrilled with the finished product.
