Pacific Builders partnered with Charter Acquisitions to bring CallisonRTKL’s design to life for this multi-family real estate investment firm. Challenges were faced early on with material procurement, but Pacific Builders was able to overcome those challenges through proactive planning.
The intricate design and implementation required detailed sequencing for each elevation to ensure proper alignment throughout. Some of the show stopping features consisted of stone walls engraved with Conti’s core values, as well as specialty acoustic ceiling, and unique millwork paneling specifically designed for the recording studio.
The overall finished product was a true reflection of Conti Capital and is one that both partners and clients alike are proud to showcase.
