Common Grounds
This was not an everyday project, but Pacific Builders proved it could be done. Common Grounds is located in historic downtown Fort Worth and presented its own unique challenges for our team to overcome.
Extensive preparation was necessary for building the height of deck walls, rooftop parking structure, and as well as mechanical and electrical components before receiving materials from overseas. This project required detailed coordination to bring crews together from multiple countries to successfully complete all mechanical, electrical, and insulation elements, the demountable walls and more.
Deisgned by Hahnfeld Hoffer Stanford, Common Grounds' state of the art space includes living wall systems and expansive open ceilings throughout - creating an open, inviting and collaborative environment for all to enjoy.
