Pacific Builders partnered with BHA to bring TripActions’ new office to life on the top three floors of the iconic Renaissance Tower in Dallas.
BHA designed a sophisticated space with unique and luxury finishes befitting a global corporate travel agency that will both distinguish the Dallas space and fit in with TripActions’ portfolio of offices around the world. Pacific succeeded in retrofitting an existing three floor atrium, along with a complete overhaul of the fire, smoke, and evacuation system.
Specialty finishes include custom wood and steel fabrication throughout, polished black concrete floors, custom acoustical ceilings, a three-floor monumental staircase, Falkbuilt construction solutions, and many other show stopping unique features.
