The advertising agency, formerly known as The Richards Group, chose Pacific Builders to construct their office space at The Stack in the Deep Ellum district in Dallas, Texas.
Effective collaboration was an overarching theme of this project, from design and construction execution to the concept for the space. Corgan’s unique and sleek design paired with the energetic location made for a perfect space for TRG's team to continue to grow creatively.
Black metal and polished concrete finishes are punctuated with warm reclaimed wood elements and glass office fronts to achieve an elevated modern industrial feeling in the space. Pacific collaborated extensively with Corgan and JLL to ensure that every detail was executed as intended to bring this client’s vision to life.
