Pacific Builders partnered with OTJ Architects and Newmark to deliver an interior build-out for SUNRIDER, a global wellness brand.
The project required strategic phasing to accommodate common area work and updates to existing conditions—all completed with minimal disruption and a strong focus on client satisfaction. Pacific Builders successfully navigated challenges through detailed architectural coordination and proactive tenant relationship management.
Standout design elements include MCM ceiling panels and stretched fabric lighting in the lobby, custom mosaic floor tile, and a living moss feature wall. This project reflects the strength of collaboration between builder, architect, and project management teams in bringing SUNRIDER’s vision to life.
