Pacific Builders collaborated with Corgan and JLL to bring Invitation Homes’ vision for their headquarters to life.
The project presented several challenges around millwork delays and structural design, which created obstacles around key feature elements such as the central staircase. Despite these challenges, the project achieved a stunning result. The sleek, modern design features a unique elevator lobby adorned with a moss wall and gold trim, creating a striking first impression. The stairwell was finished with exceptional craftsmanship, adding to the space’s elegance.
Other standout elements include the library wall covering and dark blue millwork, which added depth and sophistication. Conference rooms, break areas, and common spaces were thoughtfully designed to enhance the aesthetic and functionality of the workplace, resulting in a space that perfectly blends beauty and practicality. Pacific Builders’ dedication and partnership with Corgan and JLL transformed challenges into a beautifully executed project that exceeded expectations.
