The success of this project was a direct result of the strong collaboration between the Pacific Builders team, Plante Moran, SmithGroup, and of course, the client.
One of the primary challenges was the demolition and infill of an existing stair. This required careful planning and execution to ensure precise coordination and essential timing. The project’s design elements were distinctive and required precision to deliver the high-end aesthetic envisioned by SmithGroup. These unique finishes added complexity and craftsmanship, elevating the overall project.
Despite navigating challenges, Pacific Builders was able to deliver a high-quality finish on time. The collaboration with all partners ensured the project’s success and has paved the way for future opportunities at Rosewood Court.
