Baker McKenzie
Baker McKenzie, a law firm with a large presence in Dallas, has a long history with Pacific Builders.
The firm first used Pacific Builders in 2011 to update and completely renovate their existing space at the Trammel Crow Center in Dallas. In February 2018, Baker McKenzie relocated to the newly constructed 25-story 1900 Pearl development building in the heart of Dallas’ Arts District.
They were the first tenants of the new state-of-the-art building and selected Pacific Builders to build out the interiors and Gensler to design the modern, light-filled space with an emphasis on flexible work areas and conference rooms in addition to single-attorney offices. The layout provides greater opportunities for employees to interact and meet with clients. Pacific Builders worked with both client and architect from initial design to completion, resulting in a sleek office that fosters teamwork and collaboration.
