Brink’s University was a unique project for the security company, which posed a unique challenge for Pacific Builders. Creating a learning and training center from the shell of old office space. Pacific Builders constructed a learning and training center, which included conference rooms, training rooms and support offices. The project started by demolishing existing office space and opening it up and reconfiguring for the new space. Following demolition and structural renovation, Pacific Builders handled mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) changes and executed the project architects’ vision for this corporate interior.
The creative design team of Hahnfeld Hoffer Stanford made this project unique with the use of many different myriad glass types and finishes, multiple flooring selections, specialty light fixtures, millwork and solid surfaces, as well as glass back splash accents. These are just a few of the features that, when combined with Pacific Builders’ successful history as a commercial general contractor, set the Brink’s project apart from the crowd.
