The Boston Consulting Group’s Dallas office project was a noteworthy undertaking for Pacific Builders. Located in Saint Ann Court, the structure’s sleek design with contemporary finish out provides an abundance of natural light and spectacular views of uptown and downtown Dallas from Saint Ann Court. Some features of the space include the lA balanced use of laser-cut panels above the cafeteria, Decoustics wood paneled ceilings for corridor acoustics, zebrawood and eucalyptus paneling, and back-lit glass panels with color-changing LED lights creates a beautiful, comfortable, and functional space. The LED lights illuminate the centerpiece of the space in a continuous, three-story stairway made of glass, marble and architecturally exposed structural steel finished in Coraflon spray coating. Additionally, the 23rd floor has boasts two outdoor terraces with green roofs, created from roof pavers, granite, steel and wood creating dramatic views of the Dallas area.
