Pacific Builders partnered with Gensler and CBRE to bring Thompson Coe's downtown Dallas office to life across three floors at the Plaza of the Americas.
To suite a national law firm of Thompson Coe's size and reputation, Gensler's sophisticated design featured unique finishes that will both distinguish the Dallas space and compliment the company's portfolio of North American offices. Although the project faced challenges around procurement and installation of some of the luxury finishes, Pacific Builders overcame these obstacles and completed the space in just a year's time and in three phases.
The final design features show-stopping elements such as Italian floor tile and a customized, modular box ceiling that brings dimension to each floor. Thompson Coe was thrilled with the finished product and eager to recommend Pacific Builders to other law firms.
